Archer's Sons of Fortune is out in Mass Market Paperback!
I am tempted to get it so I can pack it in for the trip down South to Miami. As a friend so diligently pointed out to me, the cost of the book is less than a movie ticket here.

Watched The Last Samurai. The people were beautiful in the film, the warriors the villagers. The simplicity of their lives and their dedication was nothing short of amazing.
The role of the Samurai rebel leader was taken on by Ken Watanabe. I was more impressed by his charisma than that of Cruise’s (if any, in the show). Was it me or did he have an uncanny resemblance to Chou Ren Fai?
His right hand man in the show Hiroyuki Sanada, his son, and his little nephew were some others to look out for.
Koyuki! She was the widow of a Samurai and sister of the rebel leader. If that is not sensuality, feminism and everything else every straight man dreams of in a woman, I don’t know what is. The lead actresses in last few movies I watched are crap. She is the real deal.
