Pre-departure

This time the day after, I would be at T1 NW check-in counter. Less than 48 waking hours before I leave familiarity for a foreign land half the globe away. I've never been on a longer flight or gone to a further place from S'pore since Day 1 of my existence.

I'm beginning to miss home even before I leave it.
