Spectacular Spectacular!

For those who missed the fireworks at Singapore's 38th birthday on 9 August 2003, ya can see the photos in Lina's blog. As usual her shots were excellent.

I watched it on the top storey of a flat near Katong that day... with lots of other Singaporeans. Other than a couple of extremely irritating kids and puerile adults the ten minutes of illuminous displays were worth the chases, jams and stuffy wait. There's nothing like watching real live fireworks :)
